The blunted tip assures minimal damage to surrounding tissue while cutting and dissecting while the sharp tips is ideal for dissecting through tougher tissue. The variety of blade styles offers a wide range of functions. There are straight tips for superficial dissection and cutting, curved tips for deeper dissections, and a straight tip with 1 serrated blade to minimize slipping. Several lengths are available for each tip style.
