Knighton Retractor
35.0 mm x 35.0 mm, maximum spread 4-1/8″ (10.5 cm)Â Knighton Retractor is ideal for use in some neurosurgical orthopedic procedures. It is most effective in retraction of soft tissue in procedures such as laminectomies or hemilaminectomies. This retractor features 7 sharp prongs on one side as well as large dial for setting at custom widths with a maximum spread of 4 1/8 inches. Additionally this instrument is available with seven sharp prongs on the left or seven sharp prongs on the right making it perfectly built for approaches on either side.
